Join us for Weekly Storytimes, Monthly Storytime, and Special Events this summer.

Mondays
Storytime for 2 and 3 year-olds (and a loving adult) will be held Monday mornings at 10:00 am from June 19 to August 7, 2006. Children will enjoy thirty minutes of stories, fingerplays, poems and songs. The group meets in the Children's Area on the lower level of the Library.
Tuesdays
Story Time for 4's & 5's is held Tuesday afternoons, 1:00 - 2:00 pm from June 20 to August 8, 2006. Join us in the Children's Area on the lower level of the Peter White Public Library for stories, songs and crafts.
Wednesdays
Stories and activities for children ages six to eleven are offered on Wednesdays at 11:00 am June 21 to August 9, 2006. Join us for explorations through reading, arts & crafts, science and geography.

Book Babies
Book Babies meets for stories, songs, nursery rhymes, poems and fingerplays on Thursday June 1, Thursday July 13, and Thursday August 10 from 10:00 - 10:20 am. Children, newborn through 23 months, are welcome when accompanied by a loving adult.
+Children are invited to the kickoff party for the Summer Reading & Listening Program, PAWS, CLAWS, SCALES and TALES. Register for summer reading and add your name to the giant fish on the bulletin board. Enjoy an evening of animal crafts, wild games, face painting and refreshments.

Children will enjoy wildlife in a new way after attending Corinne Rockow's musical performance. Her program is interactive, so everyone in the family can join in the singing and storytelling. Bergonzi String Quartet

The Bergonzi lKString Quartet, so named for the illustrious violin maker Carlo Bergonzi, has generated enormous excitement around the globe for its superb blend of seasoned and sensitive string virtuosi. They are currently performing in conjuction with the Pine Mountain Music Festival. Admissioin is free.

The Bog @ Presque Isle Park
The nature experts at MooseWood Nature Center will lead guided nature walks through the bog at Presque Isle Park, once at 11:00 in the morning and again at 7:00 in the evening. Donations are appreciated for all MooseWood summer programs.
